As the Israelites journeyed through the wilderness and finally came into a land “flowing with milk and honey” they were to inherit, God had been a very good Shepherd to them. Psalm 23 reflects on this character of God as a Shepherd/King that today we desperately need to listen to and grasp if we want to walk in the full inheritance He has promised us.
