The vast majority of those who have left Christianity to disaffiliate with any sense of organized religion (“Nones”) comes from the liberal denominations, only to show their bankruptcy in truth. Many of those disaffiliates have turned on truth and twisted it to their own liking, leading many to follow their empty teachings and fruitless ways.
