God will go to any length to accomplish His purpose in rescuing the lost. He used Daniel and his friends in the previous chapters of Daniel to impact King Nebuchadnezzar, a very powerful and arrogant king. Finally, in chapter four, God uses radical measures to humble him, strip him of his glory as king, and lead him to repentance…all because a few Jewish young men were willing to be used by God. Though God’s means of turning our hearts to Him may cause us to wonder what He is doing, it is always something so very good…if we allow Him!
